Hello, dear kitchen adventurers!
We were visiting friends who treated us to this quick-to-make dessert, and now I’ve decided to share it with you.
As you know, I love easy-to-make recipes that are also very tasty and require few ingredients.
If you like quick and easy desserts, these chocolate banana boats will become your favorite! They are made with just a few ingredients – bananas, Kinder Riegel chocolate, and a few toothpicks as tools. Simply cut the bananas lengthwise, place pieces of chocolate in the cut, and bake them in the oven until the peel darkens and the chocolate melts. The result is a tempting combination of caramelized banana and melting chocolate.
The result is a warm, fragrant, and tempting dessert that you can serve with whipped cream and ice cream for even more enjoyment. It is perfect for a cozy evening at home or for spontaneous guests.
Here is the exact recipe:
Banana boats with chocolate - an easy and impressive dessert
Equipment
- 1 baking tray with baking paper
- 1 knife
- 1 dish and utensil
Ingredients
- 4 pcs. banana
- 4 pcs. kinder Riegel or similar chocolate
- scoop of ice cream and whipped cream
Instructions
- Using a knife, make a small cut in the banana peel – from the stem down to the other end. The width of the cut should be no more than 1 cm. The idea is to cut a small “lid” out of the peel, fold it back into a small loop, and secure it with a toothpick on the opposite side.Next, make a slit in the banana itself and place one Kinder Riegel (or pieces of any chocolate you like) into the opening.Place the banana boats on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat with fan).Bake until the banana peel turns black – it took about 10 minutes for me.Serve warm and garnish with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream.A wonderful, delicious, quick, and easy dessert!

very good!
